Rotating Equipment Engineering is my passion. I am a thorough, perseverant, team player. I want to be meaningful for people and energising. Working from a strong technical background, structured, practical and pragmatic with a drive to implement solutions. I make sure the wheels stay in motion, coordinating interfaces ensuring plant operation remains effective and efficient.

My direct reports and colleagues will say: Paul is a technical oriented person with a deep technical expertise, he knows to ask the right questions and has an attention to detail. Paul brings structure and is transparent in what he is doing. Mentoring and care for people is a big thing for him.

Hobbies are: woodworking, cars and spending quality time with my family.
